I guess i won't be able to main stam next patch. No way a 13k vigor can compete with rapid regen. It is 18k over 5 seconds, with a heavy attack and brp resto it does 30k over 5 seconds. How is that even balanced? And how did vigor get nerfed but rapid regen didn't?

Rapid regen is **** skill because you cannot rely on it... It can be cast on player thats next to you and you die when you need heals or you need to cast it twice.. Thats a lot of magicka in noCp

Heavy attack for healing? Come on nobody isnt going to use that atleast in pvp.. Too slow and enemy can dodge it

    Zergling problems.

revert Vigor Changes.... NO NERF TO VIGOR.... i got enough of NERFS i will cancel my sub againnnn

v.5.1.4 Vigor is still stronger than Vigor on live. Are you sure you want to revert the changes?

I rather heal my allies than heal myself for, what, 10% more with 20% less duration

May I interest you in Ring of Preservation or Echoing Vigor?

TBH: Personally I'd prefer to see Rapid Regen nerfed at this point and basically all damage nerfed too. About ~30% or so would be a start.

    Compared to live:
Naked, without passives etc each tick of vigor heals 50 points more each second.
    So hps buffed.
But you got shortened duration for 1 second, means you lose 1gcd for offensive.
So overall vigor still buffed compare to live, but in same moment your dps sneaky nerfed. Lmao
Also, same naked without passives and att points( now poops will hit fan, be ready)

Wanna trade your "**** skill" with vigor? Yes please :D
Overload rework. Power Overload now does physical damage and grants you the power of a tornado: You throw a brick at the target with a light attack, and you hammer your head into that brick with every heavy attack. We have decreased its Ultimate cost, but increased the chance that you get stuck in the animation.

I will never stop being amazed by the mind tricks this forum uses to convince itself and Zenimax that ability to heal allies 28m far away that are being in need of it more than user on setups that usually have access to more than one skill for healing/absorbing is actually drawback that should be compensated by making it much better than skill that will never heal allies ever but always goes to caster.

If you main magicka you will now have to deal with all the open world weaknesses that magicka has. The slower movement speed, the lack of good CC, the smaller stamina pool, and the fact that damage shields have been nerfed into the ground. All this vigor change did was make sure stam will be just as bad as mag which in a weird way brings them to being somewhat balanced. Mag will have higher healing. While stam will have higher mobility. Overall I can still see a lot of scenarios where stam will be better than mag. If you play solo then stam will still be the better choice next patch.

You have to look at everything that was changed. stam received huge buffs to shuffle, 2hand skill line, and fighters guild skill line while only taking a small nerf to healing. Mag took huge nerfs to damage shields, and were compensated with a buff to the restoration staff skill line.

Because Zenimax made it seem that way when they made it mirror Resolving Vigor so clearly. Look at the 5.1.0 patch notes, tell me the new Rapid Regen doesn't seem like a Resolving Vigor clone. (Not that that's a bad thing, especially considering the recently buffed DOT's.)

If they want it to mirror Resolving Vigor (which it seems they do), then it should actually be a self-heal. Hell, it'd suit the morph choices pretty damn well, since they reworked Mutagen to hit multiple targets. Rapid Regen can be the self-heal, Mutagen can be the AOE/selfless heal.

Regardless, IMO there should be a "selfish healing" option in the game. So many heals use smart targeting, which more often than not leads to the caster not receiving the heals they need in any sort of group PVP, unless they're about to die. As far as HOT's are concerned, it goes against the point of a HOT if it needs someone to be on the brink of death, since HOT's are more of a proactive form of healing, instead of reactive. At the least, there needs to be a "selfish healing" option for HOT's, but it'd be nice for the few burst heals, too.

If they want to mirror Vigor they are overdue on some nerfs to RR ^^

Don’t think they want to. RR compensates for the shield/stack nerf.

Vigor got shafted tho considering the dot buffs.
