Keep getting logged out involuntarily every 2 minutes

When i log in and start playing all of a sudden my character can't attack or cast any spells just walk around and everyone else is frozen in place, Then i get logged out automatically.
I just want to confirm that it IS my internet connection where i live it's not so good. HOWEVER when i go to my moms place i do a wire connection and literally play right next to the internet modem and i notice a HUGE difference like it doesn't kick me out HOWEVER it still happens not as much but still i can be doing a dungeon and all of a sudden boom i get logged out.
it cannot be my laptop i just got this alienware its a freaking monster computer, it cannot be the game because then how come other players dont log out while im in a group dungeon or battle grounds? so im guessing it IS my internet connection am i right can anyone confirm this?
my place i cannot even play at all i get logged out as soon as im in
moms place i can play for a super long time however i get logged out every now and then
so yes im guessing its the internet connection the WIFI signal sucks i think i will try setting up access points through out the house

✭✭✭Hello! I am also experiencing this problem. It has happened before, and gone away with no notice and NO changes on my side--just like how it started. Diagnostic questions:- After being logged out, do you see "Unable to retrieve announcements" on the login screen, and receive Error 200 when you try to log in?
- Where are you playing from? (ie West Coast US, Oceanic)
- Does your internet
Support will say that it is either because you're using Wi-fi, because you need to open some ports, or whatever else is in their copy+paste response. It is probably none of these things. Some people think it's related to Akamai's anti-DDoS softwares, or something. People talk about Oceanic ping, but I'm in coastal California.
I have gone 3-4 months with none of these problems -> no disconnects outside of Cyrodiil, no Error 200, no "Unable to retrieve announcements. If the in-game ping meter spikes to 999+, it's not actually a problem. But then tonight it came OUT of nowhere, after being disconnected from a vSS run last week.
You can try a wired connection, or contacting your ISP, but my problem stopped after a month without doing either.
