How is stamina builds supposed to heal when you have:
A : Nerfed resolving vigor (from live to pts) as a solo player and removed it's group functionality.
B : Removed rally / FM HoT and nerfed rally.
C : Nerfed every single good heavy armor set (apart from truth).
D : Buffed every single DoT in the game and made two new super good DoT abilities (entropy and soul trap).
Can someone please explain this madness to me?
Overload rework. Power Overload now does physical damage and grants you the power of a tornado: You throw a brick at the target with a light attack, and you hammer your head into that brick with every heavy attack. We have decreased its Ultimate cost, but increased the chance that you get stuck in the animation.
