Seriously it's pretty clear you have no clue on what you are doing with this ability so just leave it the way it currently is on live. It's not OP and it's not too weak it feels just right so stop changing it.

    Yes and no. I think it’s needs a buff to counteract the new dots. But also I’m happy to have a stronger single target version because I’m often solo or in a very small group accounting for my own survival.

    Exactly. In my opinion if they wanted to change it all they needed to do was slightly increase the healing per tick to compensate for the nerf to Rally but what they're doing is completely changing the ability in ways they themselves seem to not understand.

    They did their usual thing of changing a skill, not liking the change but not wanting to revert it so instead they just mess about with it so it looks like they had a plan all along.

    Happy to see magdk solo viable again with Resto buff.

    Vigor should stay where it is.

    They like to do a bait and switch.

    Patch 1: Buff vigor to the moon while nerfing another HOT so people focus on crazy Vigor buffs
    Last patch: Nerf it in a way that it looks like its just a nerf on the buff, but still slightly buffed. Nevermind the other nerf to the HOTs

    They did the opposite with sorc shields when they started with a cast time huge nerf.

    It is true it is only 6-7% more compared to live. They either got a decimal mistake or they really are gutting the skill.

    1) Current version of the game
    --> Base vigor heals for 10k health over 5 seconds with 6 ticks. Each tick heals for ~ 1667 health
    --> Resolving vigor heals for ~ 29.1% more than base vigor. This leads to 12910 health over 5 seconds with 6 ticks. Each tick would heal for ~ 2152 health.

    2) PTS 5.1.0
    --> Base vigor got a 85% buff, but resolving vigor lost its healing bonus and instead kept the current properties of vigor (5 seconds duration, 6 ticks).
    --> Resolving vigor heals for 18500 health over 5 seconds with 6 ticks. Each tick would heal for ~ 3083 health.

    PTS 5.1.4
    --> Resolving vigor got a 28% nerf to the healing output of each tick compared to 5.1.0 and additionally lost one tick of healing altogether.
    --> Resolving vigor heals for 18500 * 0.72 * (5/6) = 11100 health over 4 seconds with 5 ticks. Each tick would heal for 2220 health.

    So on live it is 3150 per second vs 3388 on PTS. 3388/3150 = 7.5%. Difference in cost per second is 6%. Given that you no longer heal allies and don't have HoT from Rally/FM AND we will be under permanent undodgeable degeneration+soultrap this is really bad. This patch will be a real BS for solo players.

    I understand changes as the game evolves, but there's a difference between evolution and change for the sake of change. Or worse, constant change for the sake of "change the meta so people will chase it".
