  1. It's really great that the game gets updated, patches, fixes,..... !
BUT! Don't let it be like Scalebreaker. Yes, you told some of your intentions at the beginning of the PTS... Then? NOTHING! It is good to balance out pvp (whole game, not only 50+ cp, but also below 50 for newbies. I can see that, I will agree with it! It's essential to make a good first impression for new players!
--> Therefore (coldharbour tutorial *cough cough*) it's important to change things. But, by the prophets spluttering when he speaks ... If you make such grand scale adjustments... tel us more. Everyone can see it is a pvp-patch and "destroys" a lot PvE wise.
  2. If you ignore ppl in the PTS-Forums ... don't be surprised if you don't get input in the future. Like every human on the planet... no one wants to be ignored.
  3. The patch is going to kill(strong nerf) aoe healing (spamming) and also "competitive" ww builds for PvE. That's not good but acceptable if future intentions are KNOWN. <---

Do I like the patch ? NOPE. BUT like many of your loyal players, I love this game, will stick with it, maybe adjust, adapt, overcome ;).
But to get "face-slapped" is a lot more pleasant with some sweet words attached to it.

(example: The information to get packleader/ww itself (PvE wise) back to useful in a future patch would have been nice. A lot less ppl would have complained if you tell us such stuff (and do it).
--> same goes for healing: "We know these changes are somehow drastic, but we intend to adjust them after the big scalebreaker release! Don't worry healers of tamriel! You will be needed to conquer trials and your allies would not want to take on challenges without you!.

Just such one sentence ... and the negative impact would have been a lot less awful. Ofc, do it, promising alone won't help :P)

I doubt they have final vision. Most probably they thought that current situation on live is in stalemate, so they shake off everything completely and will now look how players will adapt on live for 3 months and then tweak this with changes to passive.

Question is if you want to spend your real life time to be a test rat.

The way I see it ZOS has a vision but it getting pulled in like 900 different directions with 900 different feedback options/opinions and they are trying to pick one that makes sense for their vision/direction.

That's the content of the patch.
But to tell us about "their vision" should be possible.

BTW, every [ Z ] comment in PTS threads are : We removed some.....blablabla.

They also have not fixed or said anything about the necro skill bugs (Blastbones/syphons). Even though multiple people myself included multiple times with tagging have not seen an answer at all.
While people been writing about those bugs, showing videos and so on. Yet since 5.0.0 until 5.1.4, these skill bugs have not been adressed or attempted to be fixed at all.
    While we keep telling them.
I am serisouly disgusted atm. I barely touch the game. Since I know as soon as I play, I will notice my skills bugging out and will get frustrated.

They have told us, at least some of it, at E3 and Quakecon. Also a thread from Brian exists at the top of the PTS with communication on combat plus we still have all that he talked about in a thread for update 22. (Combat and Mechanics-Update 22 combat direction)

I like to get facts ... not a talk as informative as a political speech. Nice to read but 0 information. On one hand they are talking to remove stack'n'burn (good idea), want us to play more defensive with sets / ults ... . On the other we loose dmg ... sounds like a "kiss-curse-ultra-edition" to me.
Long story short ... for your average player, this patch is a HUGE drawback. Guild-grp was trying to get vMoL/vHOF? NAHH try again later. Effort of your last weeks/months is gone/nerfed.

But yes, I will agree, it has gotten better than before(eso vanilla) ... at least.

    Yeah, I see.

I am guessing that bosses/monster working under the old guidelines/functions will be next. CP system hasn't been increased in some time so the writing is on the wall for that as well so that might help with some end game issues whenever that is addressed.

There is no please for ZOs. Just uninstall or sell and move on to other games once you finished all overland content. There is nothing in this game beyond overland story content. It pure garbage.

Worst patch since release and that says alot about this horrid abomination.

I wouldn't say this is because ZOS don't have ways to hear player feedback. They implemented a whole class rep burocracy in fact.

As far as I can see, from my perspective this is definately a consequence of people with less skills and creativity in charge of the development, who are delaying the thought and creative process of evolving the game for the sake of an audit/standarization nobody asked for. And all in all the real goal is about Cyrodiil lackluster stability
