FFS zeni this skill has been broken since it came out. It's an awesome tool for classes with zero escape utility but doesnt freaking work 50% of the time. You should change the tooltip to state that:

"This ultimate gives a 50% chance at working. If it doesnt work you will waste the ultimate, waste a global cooldown, not get back resources and you WILL take the fall damage you weren't supposed to take had it worked, this is an intended mechanic as we haven't fixed it since it came out"
