To make it short. This set is performing really bad. As Sunspire is still the actual 12 ppl trial grp content, it would be nice if it gets adjusted.
Now:
2 Items: Adds 129 Magicka Recovery
3 Items: Gain Minor Aegis at all times, reducing your damage taken from Dungeon,Trial, and Arena Monsters by 5%.
4 Items: Adds 1096 Maximum Magicka
5 Items: When an ally activates one of your synergies, you and the ally who activated the synergy get 12% cost reduction for non-Ultimate abilities for 3 seconds. This effect can occur every 6 seconds per target.
Would be nice:

up to 11group members in a 12m radius get 5-6?% cost reduction for non-Ultimate abilities for 10 seconds.
This effect can occur every 6 seconds per target.
Why 5-6% ? Worm gives 4% and is a really nice set, but you don't have to do anything to get the bonus. With the 10 seconds uptime, it would be possible to get it to 100% if you use more than 1 synergy skill as a healer. (Orb + Blood Altar for example). Imho it would not be better than wormcult, more like equal. Worm has still a bigger radius and if you have a boss with some movement included, worm would still outperfom it.
It could also be another bonus, like combined with the idea from "ursus haven/essence thief and the mol procc from the "useless" tank set" -> When you heal an ally who is under 50% of their primary resource OR health, spawn Navhiintas essence beside him/her for 5 seconds. An ally can activate the essence to let it pulse like the icy heartbeat of navhiintas every second for 8 seconds.
Every second allies in a 12?m radius around the essence will get a small shield OR 6% of their stamina/magicka costs reduced for 2seconds. This effectdecided by the player who activated it.
Only one essence can be active. (hard cd of 8seconds minimum)
-> lil bit stronger but more "tricky". If its used with 50% or less health its nice to have... but most oft the time not as strong as cost reduction. Could be more simplified ofc. Just like the idea of an ice ball with some pulsating effect .... with some red/blue/green effect depending on what it "restores"

Well, those are just ideas. Just pushing up the original numbers or reducing the cd would be fine i guess?
