(2 Items) When you do damage with cruel flurry your next single target damage over time abilities used within 4 seconds gain 1000 Spell and Weapon damage.

Questions -

Is there a cap on how many dot abilities can get the buff ?

What is counted as a damage over time ability ? ( list of skills )

Do all single target damage over time Ultimates count as an ability such as ( Toxic Barrage ) or we bias against that still ?

And it says ( "deal damage" with flurry* ) Does that mean if I'm in PvP and if a enemy is running away if i channel it and hit 1 out of 5 do i get the buff ? Or do i still have to ask my enemies to sit still while I land all five to get the buff ? 😂

I'm sure none of this was tested but them parses were. Attention to detail is not the this communities strongest attribute. 👍

You can buff as many dots as you can in 4 seconds which means 3 dots if you weave light attacks.

You can buff Lacerate (the dual wield ulti) and soul assault with cruel flurry.

Flurry works in a way when you land the first hit to an enemy, you land the remaining hits too, even when they go out of range.

As for the list for the single target dots im not gonna list them cuz its too much work but its not all that hard to understand which dot is single target and which one is aoe. For example vampires bane is single target and blazing spear is aoe.

See I ask these questions - Very valid questions mind you.

I ask these questions becuase in 2 to 6 month's and the current trend that this community is about, will ask these questions.

I ask these questions based on rewarding good thoerycrafting in PvP and ( risk vs reward gameplay.) Im not challenged about PvE parses PvE raids in hardmodes, and the carries you and get without the ability to learn and adapt to real non mechanical gameplay.

The first question was very simple - Yes or No - and maybe has it been tested ?

The second question is what counts as a damage over time ability and I asked for a list of skills ?

- Well now... that's to much to test or ask right ? See players like myself and others that constantly kill you in PvP put in this effort to find maybe what is over performing. We do not care about PvE leaderboards making online friends role playing. Our pleasures in this game is finding something that nobody finds or tests that will dominate you and your guild in pvp. Thus making you come straight back here to a community of nerflings to complain about something that killed you.

I am very specific in my wording as ZOS is also. I learned this over the 4 years of gaming on ESO that you have to pay attention to detail of everything in order to gain an advantage on your enemies.

I wanted to give this community a chance before this goes live. Becuase when I see another nerf VMA post in 2 to 6 months, I know your mathatical genius from combat metrics failed you and thus rewarded creative minds to own you.

So I suggest you put in the effort to test this, before we see your posts in the future. I will link this becuase you had a chance to change it.

You comment on a ton on posts, yet your answer is somebody else's testing that you think the community hasn't seen already based on my post ?

That video does NOT answer the questions I asked. Again you need to pay attention to detail.

Here's one for you .. Did you read my questions carefully ? If you did then you might understand that it's not in the video. Thus giving a very vague answer and trying to earn points on the forums for failing to sound smart.

Believe it or not I'm trying to help the nerflings. Becuase when I thoerycraft a build you and the other nerflings had a chance to test things like you should. In this case I can link this post in the future and show people had time to test.

I don't want to come off like an a hole, but people's ignorance to the game allows me to speak truth.

Its nerf when u have about 300 ping, 4 seconds is just too short.

Even with high ping its pretty easy to land 3 DoTs per buff. I've been testing it a lot and have been getting up in the 102-103k range using a simple static rotation. It can be adjusted so you never have to fit in more than two single target buffs per cast.
