Can this be updated to function more like BoL, Healing Ward, or Twilight Matriarch, since it's effectively becoming a burst heal. It needs to reliably hit the person that needs it most, particularly the caster.
It's no longer a buff you spam to keep up on everyone. It shouldn't target like one.

Definitely. I gave the same advice in the pvp healing feedback thread.
I’ve switched up my abilities on live to the one’s I’d use post-patch, and have noticed something alarming. If you have a glass canon noob in the BG they’ll soak up all the healing.
I’ve played three games now where the team was overall stronger with 3 people (we were winning) and then lost or didn’t do as well when we got our fourth. Smart healing is great in pve, but it’s virtually impossible to heal the group using single target abilities while a glass canon noob is in the group. I usually have to wait for them to die to try and use single target heals, or just eat the TPK. delichon✭✭I agree, at least 1 morph should target self. Alternatively they can make vigor scale from the highest offensive stat and use the highest stat to cast. And let Regeneration be a skill for healers then.1 -
