Speaking of public dungeons, what is the respawn time for them mobs? I waited like half an hour for Thick Bark (Grahtwood), but he still didn't show up, so I gave up and logged off lol. Going to try again tonight.

If i remember correctly, there can only be 3 (?) bosses spawned at the same time so if the one you need isn't spawning, go and kill another boss or three and track back.

If you have 3 bosses spawned and nobody else is killing them you will sit in front of your empty spawn until the ESO servers shut down.

If you're using some addon to show the boss locations, I've found a couple of bosses with the wrong location shown. If a boss isn't spawning for a long time, best to check if the location is correct.

Kind of doubt this for the standard public dungeons as bosses is always up if i do them at odd hours then nobody else is around. many of them are also pretty circular so I assume the first bosses would die first.

Know delves in Cyrodil has an mechanic like this who makes it hard to get all the bosses
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Without doubt there is more DD because it is two DD in a group which makes it easier to not become main target when something goes wrong.

DD and healer get often attacked when tank looses taunt. this also happens when we are dealing with so called "fake tank" a dd who qd as tank to skip qd - we often see bosses running all over the place or attacking other group members.

Since when do you q for a PUBLIC dungeon? He meant the kind you q for, for which he should q as a fake tank lol.

@RexyCat if you want to DD you need to invest just as much or as little as if you want to tank or heal. You can't DD efficiently, or to a high standard, in tank gear any more than you can tank in DD gear.

I honestly don't know why you'd say DDs require any less investment than other roles. Any class can do those roles (some better than others), if players don't want to have a go at it it's because they... don't want to heal or tank.
I think what they're getting at is DD characters can take most of the gear/skills they're using for group content and apply them to solo content with reasonable results. Sure, maybe you want to change a few skills around - more if you're trying to solo, say, a world boss - and maybe some gear. Optimally, you might want to change everything.

But if I go out on my tank with S+B, Ebon/Torug's, and 30 points into HP, soloing even trash enemies is tedious as hell. I just hunt skyshards, do quests for skill points, delves for Undaunted, etc. on my DD characters, and run normal/vet dungeons. None of them even use Dressing Room. My tank and healer characters use the heck out of Dressing Room, because without changing everything, solo is terrible.

So yeah, to do group content at a high level (speed runs, some DLC vet dungeons, trials, etc.) or solo at a high level (VMA, world boss, etc.), every role needs different gear+skills. But it's easy to take the same gear/skills I just used for my stamina Warden to run a daily random and go run through a main story quest. Trying the same on tank/healer is a bucket of nope, though healer isn't quite as bad as tank.
    Army of me:
CP810+: Breton Templar healer, Redguard stamina Warden, Imperial DK tank, Altmer magicka Sorceror, Orc stamina Sorceror/werewolf, Nord Necromancer tank, Khajit TG/DB Nightblade, Bosmer stamina Necromancer, Argonian Warden healer, Dunmer magicka DK, Nord Nightblade tank
Second account, CP400+: Breton magicka Warden, Nord Nightblade healer/solo vampire, Bosmer stamina Templar/werewolf, Dunmer magicka Necromancer, Orc stamina DK, Argonian Warden tank

Public dungeons are easily soloable. But yes you will find people in the.

If you are talking about the group dungeons than thats different.
lol 'eaisly soloable' .. no they're not EASY!

Yes, some classes at high-level can solo them, OP classes like petsorcs and a few others, but generally they're NOT 'easy' to complete AT ALL, so misinforming people with gross generalisations.

Depends on the player, and the build. I know my characters are performing at acceptable levels for me when I can take them to public dungeons and clear them solo. All the classes, my dks, nbs, sorcerors, warden, and necros. At first they're not easy, but eventually, yes, they will be.

For tank I focused on stamina as attribute, tank armor is all health and an touch of magic, tri stat food.
Overland I go medium armor, all stamina, vo and some other set with stamina food.
Yes as an DD tank is low cp as its tank focused, but its not something I would ever bring into an dungeon :)
Did once in an guild run who ended with two tanks.

But no issue overland including public dungeons, not tested the Elsweyr ones where the group challenge boss is normal group dungeon level, necro died a lot there, even my sorcerer died the first time, overland bar has no heals.

Grinding just make you go in circles.

Turns out I was waiting at a wrong place :D I don't have any addon but I looked the info up on google and found a picture with the bosses' locations. The locations pinned were pretty close to the real ones so all good ;)
