NPC guards in Cyrodiil (mages and menders) are still using the old version of Unstable Core, where the black bubble applied to a player reflects seemingly arbitrary abilities back at them, until the effect expires or Break Free is used. Can this be updated to match the version of Unstable Core used by player Templars, which is now significantly mechanically different? Or better yet, replace or remove it altogether, as NPC guards really don't need single target CC.
