The "15% health regeneration on kill" does not trigger after you died. atleast i think its gone after death.
i just died in a dungeon, revived, attacked and tried to heal with it by killing an enemy...but nothing happened

seems to be the same problem that Dark Stalker from the vampire has, or maybe even the medium armor (but there im not sure if it is realy there)

    Which type of dungeon?

    There's a chance you simply didn't get the killing blow on your target.

    I would log on and test this for you, but I just spent 20k respeccing yesterday and I'm not keen on doing so again...

    (I use Impale, the other morph)

    solo dungeon...i was alone...fighting against some crocodiles.
    could also be possible that it wont work because of the siphoning strikes ability.
    either way, there is a bug with it :(

    Leeching Strikes shouldn't have anything to do with it, but like I said, I'm not keen on paying for another respec, so I can't test it myself.

    Is this an issue you've noticed many times and are able to reproduce?

    Or was it a one-time thing?

    Just tested it, works fine. 15% or 18% on rank 4 is a small number. Try to download foundry add on. It has damage and heal numbers features + it tells when your target is on low hp so you can use Killer's Blade more effective.

    Would explain alot if this was bugged as well. There seem to be many passive buffs that break after the player has died and respawned. This is actually good news, because that means there might be some underlying bug causing it all and maybe they can fix all the broken passive buffs in 1 patch.

    just installed that addon...but all the scrolling numbers are annoying as hell :s
    but the "real number" inside your bars when you disable the custom frames is nice.

    and yes, after i died in a bossfight, the effect was gone.
    sounds possible that there is a major bug that affects all passives
