    Charley, I guess description on fextralife is outdated, cause snipe no longer provides major defile. Moving this debuff out of reverb looks like a questionable move from ZOS imo, but still they removed it from almost everything right now.

    As for me it looks like ZOS is removing all the game-changing, but unclear to PVE-ers buffs/debuffs from all generic skills and instead increases amount of options for doing direct damage. Intention of this is... idk, may be I'm wrong, but they are trying to nerf all "effective" builds / combos in last patches, so difference in player's power will be less dependent on gear / build and more on actions of particular player. I doubt it will end the way that ZOS wants, with changes of such magnitude there will be a lot of new broken builds next patch.

    is minor defile , i just dont understand the logic there , they let range having minor defile , and cut melee . melee need to work to close the gap and take damage . and range are reward to spamming 1 button i just dont get it , anyway i guess he need to be patient for the next year for all piece of the puzzle are in place
