    Its a question about gear

Yes I got credited for it :)

    You're out of uniform.
You're supposed to wear your bucket helmet when swinging your broom.
I know, might even wear it however with hide helmet :)

Tend to use the broom and ledgerman clothing characters who don't have gear often two who share it leveling up, can also be fresh lvl 50. Once queued for an dungeon wearing an costume and no weapons :)
And yes as said I got credited for dolmen, helped that she was only level 8 or something, it was the one north of the AD starting city as she was doing crafting qualifications.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

They are a way for new players to acquire decent armor. I vote to leave them as is.

Bruh .... there are more pressing issues to "fix"

Are the fixing any of them?

    2/10 troll attempt.
Zos hasnt been able to change things in game without breaking others for a while now.
So NO it's not a good idea to change dolmens that are working as intended when we all know there are more pressing issues

Dolmens DO scale somewhat according to the number of players around. When I solo a dolmen, there are fewer mobs than when there's a player crowd present.

This is accurate though I think the scaling has a cap of about 6 or 12 players. There has to be a cut off some place for something that has no limit to the number of possible players that may be present.

After how many years, Dolmens are still terrible.
    • No challenge
    • No effort
    • It's ridiculous how mobs die before they even appear on screen because of AoE spam.

    1. Either make the mobs far more difficult, requiring people to actually coordinate.

    Benefits :
    • Challenge
    • Risk
    • Enjoyment
    • Communication (yes people in MMOs use to have to talk to each other, even outside of raiding).
    • Community

    or

    2. Leave them alone and remove all the set loot and experience gain.

Seriously stop pumping out regurgitated rehashed DLCs and start making the game worth playing. What is the point of open world shared content where Dolmens are concerned?

    [Edit to remove bait]

I rode past a dolmen the other day and someone was resurrecting. Challenge is relative.

If it's any consolation, AOEs are about to get nerfed.

    • Allows lazy players to do achieve things without having to try - creates a poor in-game culture

You want challenge and dolmen? Go cyrodiil. Problem solved for you.

    That's fun.

Haven't they technically been "fixed" to be more group-focused? The newer zones (Summerset, Elsweyr) have "dolmens" (abyssal geysers, dragons) that are MUCH more difficult to solo.

There are a million more efficient and more fun ways to level than dolmens, so if people can stand to do those to grind levels, more power to them. I find them mind-numbing

Would be nice if named Dark Anchors bosses
    https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:General_Executioner
have challenge rating similar to Abyssal Geysers named bosses
    https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Abyssal_Geysers
and for increased difficulty the can drop they unique items AGAIN, I really miss other parts of Anguish set.

I love dolmens for some reason. I still think the artwork for dolmens is one of the most awesome things in the game. Sure they are easy to solo for players with CP, but I’ve started over a few times with secondary accounts on other servers (no CP) and can attest that for new players they are quite hard enough.

Dolmens are decent test tools for stuff.Example you make new healer build and you want to test before you try in dungeon. \

You make any new build and you want to test on something other than dummy.

Dolmens have other uses like you want to get people to work together in a large party( Repetition builds memory) Just like beer builds bladder control

New players get to see how set bonuses and group buffs work meaning they will be less likely to wipe on or in the undaunted stuff

which mean they will have a better understanding of smartypants base to build on for harder trial stuffs.

OP just because a particular content does not find to your favor you should not disparage others fondness for such said content.

I am being nice about this plox do not think I am being mean to you OP I am just stating that their are constructive uses for dolmens

Yeah, your request will fall on deaf ears because the vast majority of the player base including myself feel dolmens are specifically for grinding xp and loot. Alikir exists for a reason and one of the options a player has for passively leveling skills on their bar. If you want an overland challenge, seriously go to Craglorn - I promise you there's plenty of challenge for a solo player in Shada's Tear. :D

Biggest missed opportunity was that dungeon it should have been a VR dungeon. Pretty damn sad.

They could remove the resource refresh you get when destroying a pinion. That'd help against botters standing in lightning circles.

Pointless. I have 4 toons that never die in those, only one of them is a tank. They need to make that thing hit harder, faster and exponentially.
