Couldn’t that, in turn, help with shields?
Though I’d imagine you’d still have to run Necropotence, Crafty, and the Winged Twilight slotted on both bars... inner light as well. You could drop Boundless Storm for Mighty Chudan to free up bar space, gain extra health and resistances. Pehaps Meteor for 2% more magicka.
You’d probably have to run three arcane and The Mage.

Not sustainable (it was on live because of harness magica).
