The only good things about the collector's edition is the kangaroo-rat pet.
The base Elsweyr edition has the map, and thats all you'd need.

What WOULD have made the collector's edition a value would have been a discount code to convert banker/vendor to the cute lil kitty versions for a much lower cost than buying an alternate of an already owned banker/vendor, but even that is a stretch.

Besides the mount I wanted the dragon bone gear which I decided I didnt really like that much after playing around with it lol. Man I screwed up
