Are guild traders always empty?

I've been looking around for a while, and every guild trader I see is empty. Is this normal? I just want to buy some stuff.

Edit: Nevermind I was doing something wrong.

    Check your filter settings. If you have an active filter and there are none of that item, nothing will be shown.

    Sorry about that. I'm still new-ish and haven't bought from a guild trader before. Didn't realize I actually had to search before anything would show up. Please excuse my dumb.
