-Bug Report- Disasterously Bloody Mara not applying heal regen and Bewitched Sugar Skulls is jacked

I tested the PTS this afternoon and I can see that the DBM doesn't apply its healing regen to a character. However, I tried the Bewitched Sugar Skulls- and it appears to apply the health regen on characters.

Has anyone else had the same experience?

EDIT: Also, I noticed that the Bewitched Sugar Skulls is called a "dish" as the recipe but listed as a "drink" under consumables. So, it's strange. It applies some magicka regen if you're using Bright Throat- but it doesn't apply the healing recovery or health bonus. :/

Want to enjoy the game more? Try both PvP (crybabies) and PvE (carebears). You'll get a better perspective on everyone's opinion.

It is tricky, health regen is applied only when you are vampire and also immediately pushes you to level 4, so it's kinda of joke from devs I guess, mocking how OP is Mara in current patch.

At level 4 vampire, shouldn't it read 594 health recovery, though? If I use Bewitched Sugar Skulls- it's higher than Disasterously Bloody Mara. However the tooltip for BSS reads lower than DBM.

I checked it on previous week and as I remember recovery was increased. I checked it now, and true - no extra health recovery anymore. Also I didn't distribute passives so number dropped to 90, while on previous week it was certainly something like 400 at lvl4.

Was just going to make this thread but also wanted to point out the sugar skulls recipe says drink but it does not proc bone pirates. The same deal as with Arteum broth. What gives ZOS? I’m sure this is supposed to be food since as a drink it would be too awesome to not use but can you guys clarify that and get the wording fixed?
