@DragonRacer, @therift - You showed solidarity when this happened to us; I'm here to support you, too.
It actually happened 2x; the second time was a slightly different flavor, but it appeared to be a mistake and it was rectified quickly.
Here's hoping your guild history returns quickly and that all data is still there when it does.
Good luck, guys.

Guild Bank History seems to... possibly not update in real-time anymore either.
Sales History may or may not be updating in either real time or extremely slow motion. Had 52 pages sold at 7:00pm EDT but no sales an hour after that which seems... highly unlikely given the flow of sales in the history since trader win last night.
Hmmmmm...

If it is working like we are now, it means you get the first 100 lines when you log in (which explains the relog update) and then after 30 minutes, you get 100 more, every 30 seconds I believe.
None of my five guilds have had Guild Roster histories updated after the July 15 patch on PS4 NA.
Three of these guilds are trading guilds. Roster History is the only method to record payment of dues and donations. Without a Roster History that is updated every few minutes, it is not possible to maintain an accurate record in-game.
Rather than using teams of volunteers to help with accounting, GMs or thier designee will be forced to use pencil and paper.
This is a problem. 'Infuriating' is an adjective that leaps to mind.
Note that logging out, closing the game, and relog appears to download the most recent transactions into Roster History.

Thank you, this is very helpful, we can track update times to see if console activity matches current PC/Mac activity.
My guilds have very reluctantly suspended volunteers from tracking deposits and making promotions for dues and donations. If only one designee handles the accounting, then we can, at least, avoid duplicating the work.
This means the designee will be doing an awful lot of game restarts.

I mean, if I gotta go all @StabbityDoom on this issue, I will. But I'd prefer not to.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_SarahHecker
Any updates for the console guild history issue? The issue has been going on since the maintenance on Monday.
Btw - Is anyone reporting the issue from XBox, or is it just PS4?

Question is how long are we going to wait for the fix: hot fix in a unscheduled maintenance or we will despair until U23 goes live.

That's a good point. They could have told you a month ago.

Have you heard anything more? (I can assume no.) If not, keep nagging!
