Since the PS4 EU maintenance; I'm getting random freezing loading screens when fast travelling. Especially to Grahtwood and Elsweyr, but also in pvp. The game will just freeze and I have to restart the game to be able to fast travel. It can also happen in a row after you restart the game.

Deleting the local save data can often help with issues where the game is freezing when you try to fast travel. After clearing the local save data make sure to power-cycle the PS4.

To delete save data on the PlayStation 4:
    1. From the PlayStation Dynamic Menu, navigate to Settings.
    2. Go to Application Saved Data.
    3. Click on Saved Data in System Storage
    4. Select "Delete"
    5. Select The Elder Scrolls Online.
    6. Place ticks next to ESO Save Data.
    7. Select [Delete] and then select [OK] to confirm your decision.

Hello, I've done this twice now and it hasn't helped improve the problem at all.

It's not since maintenance... fyi... Anvil wayshrine has had this problem for over 18 months now (nearly 2 years). Rimmen is the latest victim in a long line of them... Vivec City also has this, and Vivec Temple wayshrine has had this since Vvardenfell was released. They've simply ignored the problem.

Deleting your save data does absolutely NOTHING to help the situation... they spout it as a means to look like they are helping, when in truth, they aren't addressing the root cause.
