Spectre's Eye does NOT need a cooldown! Please adjust this.

I've been waiting for years for y'all to fix this set so that it's useful, and you just made the cooldown even longer. The cooldown is the reason nobody likes it!

Please compare the new version of Spectre's Eye to other sets, and you will see that there is really no reason for a cooldown. Take Bastion of the Heartland, for example, which offers a similar level of mitigation against AOE, but works ALL the time:

Yeah the old version made sense to have a cool down now it’s just weird.

Yea, Spectre's Eye should not have any cooldown.

This set went into worst list of sets but if they remove cool down then it will become better than Hist Bark

We should not have too many sets doing same stuff at first!

That will give all Magicka classes Major Evasion. Major Evasion is a magblade signature buff. Other magicka classes does not need Major Evasion.

Suffice it say that I am not at all persuaded by this argument, assuming it isn't simply a joke that went over my head.

Major Evasion is basically available to every single stamina build, and Magicka Nightblade.

It's kind of a wild disparity, considering all the outlash against Major Protection that we're okay with Forward Momentum/Rally giving a 25% AoE resist...
