gift furnishings doubt

a friend sent me a "Music Box, Blood and Glory" as a gift. i received a message confirming that he sent me that gift, i accepted it, but i never found the place where it went.

i checked on Furnishing Collections, on my messages, on all my characters bags, and even on house storage to be safe. i never found anything. it was about 48 hours ago, is it supposed to take longer to appear or am i looking in the wrong places?

    You have an extra inbox for crown shop gifts, if you're ingame choose the crownshop and click on the little gift symbol on the upper right.

    When you accept a furnishing gift it immediately goes into the bag of the character that you claimed it on. Make sure you fully completed the claiming process, check your gifts tab again just to be safe. If you still can't find it anywhere, and your friend has a confirmation that you did indeed fully claim the gift, create a ticket for the missing item and support should be able to sort it out.
