I see alcohol everywhere but I don't see Hookah bars, can we get useless hookah bars added to cities with music. it would be really cool to travel to major cities and see hookah bars as well as taverns that are fairly large with npc using hookahs and drinking as well as an option for players to pull out there own hookah and turn it into a party with friends. haha how many would love this idea please like this posting haha

I also think that interactions like that could/should result in intoxicating effects on your character, the length of which could be based on how long you do it for!

The reason for a tavern is as a place to loot boxes, crates, and furniture, pickpocket NPCs and the random quest that starts or ends there.

I needed to look up hookahs, never heard that word before, in germany they are just called Schischa(-Bar).
If you look close and let your imagination play you can find those in all Dunmer, Khajiit and Redguard zones. But i think it would be a nice emote, imagine your char sits down, and just smokes, totally relaxed (like with the /esraj emote but only with a schischa in front of him)Main char is a Strong Nord Man, Thief, Vampire, Healer, Mastercrafter. Out of interest, has anyone noticed much/any use of Tobacco or Shisha/Mu'assel in Tamriel?
Hookahs in Tamriel seem to be more geared towards Skooma consumption, with Skooma consumption being illegal in a number of the provinces
