5.1.0 Heavy armor set changes

    This is likely because hurricane is coded in a way that it "refreshes" each time the circle expands. I am guessing that in order to fix it they need to recode hurricane. Maybe while they are at it they can buff hurricane so it's a strong class skill again.

    Thats not true for ravager. With my current setup of NMG and Ravager Im getting a very high uptime. The key is attempt. So any set or ability to provides an armor debuff will stack it. Its definitely not ideal but it does work.

    I'm a stamDK main, and as one of the most frequent user of these sets, I think the changes are pretty much justified and predicted long ago, it's just the matter of time.

    It just really weird for me that the sets that would provide the most amount of raw weapon damage are all heavy armor sets, which are suppose to be for tankiness. Sets that provide both tankiness and strong wep damage shouldn't have existed in the first place.

    I think they call your crutch, soloing and when fighting multiple opponents 1vXing lol.
