So in Cyrodiil, I have been dropping some meatbags into a keep. Trying to clear out a room full of NPC's to see that the damage has been dramatically reduced. What was 7-8k Meatbag X 3 ticks is now around 1.6k X 3 Damage ticks.
These same Meatbags will strike a player, the damage remians the same. But NPC's its much less.
So what gives? Why siege can easily destroy players but not NPC's?
Anyone else noticing this?
