Thanks for that. Still not sure how much they should charge though. It's not something I'd consider personally. To me the whole point of playing a game is to, well, play it, though that will mean different things to different people.
I'm sure many PvP'ers would love to have Dawnbreaker/Comet/Soul Assault unlocked on their level 10 characters heading into the sub-50 campaign.
Likewise, as a PvE'er I would happily fork over some of my ESO crowns to unlock Vigor/Caltrops on my stamina alts, especially being able to have them at level 3 when I start leveling.
Doesn't mean they/I would play the game any differently, it would just make it more enjoyable along the way.

If it's per character, shouldn't be more than 1000-1500 per skill line, maybe even lower. People with lots of alts, basically most of the active, involved playerbase who might buy such, will spend more than people who spend nothing because the cost is too high per alt.
For example, if it were 1000, I'd buy X skill line on 4-5 alts. Much more than that, I won't buy it on any alts. So they can either have my 5-10k crowns to get the lines I want on several alts or nothing from me. IMO many will think similarly about this service.
If it were account-wide? More, but doesn't seem like it's going to be account-wide.
