I'm a console player so can't check on PTS or anything like it but was just wondering this:
- Springs got changed like we all know so that now it would be kinda pointless for an healer to cast it more than once ~10 seconds while before it was used to stack multiple HoT.
- Master restoration staff (2 items) The initial heal of Grand Healing restores 258 Stamina to you and allies affected.
If you are spamming springs as an healer during an healcheck this staff allows you to sustain the stamina of your mates (so that they could keep on blocking). The stamina return tho is very little AND only applies for the first tick.
I can se this staff becoming indirectly but heavily nerfed with this since now there will be literally no sense to spam springs and I fail to see how a so little amount of stamina every 10 seconds could help at all.
OC the set could be redisigned to work on every tick instead of the first one only or give more stamina instead but in the patch notes i could find no evidence of it;
has the set bonus not changed in PTS? If so what are healers that used such a staff to do for the future?
