    "Balance fixes" always happened/always will happen because of PvP... PvE sticks along with the consequences, because ZOS refuses to separate both, regardless if they're good or bad.

    ya know, some classes had/have shields about 2-5k funny thing is they dont use them. because there trash and not worth a slot

    Fully agree. Shields have been mostly dropped in PVE because they are a joke now. By the time you cast it it's gone when taking real damage that it was designed to deal with. This means it is a brutal magicka drain and since mag characters don't have a lot of stam you are simply dead. Shields were meant to allow mag DPS to survive a bit when they couldn't escape with a dodge roll or block through it.

    I spec into resists on every character. I don't mind if I need to rez a Tank every now and then and help them fix their survivability issue. You can still keep your shield, just put a bit more into resistance and you'll do fine.
