He didn't want the stun to come back... that was the "cheese". People agreed on getting rid of the stun. Having the defile would be nice to regain as an ultimate though. Real "cheese" was having reverberating bash, that had a stun, AND major defile as a regular, spammable ability.5 -

Actually no, Incap was overloaded with Major Defile + 20% damage + stun on such a low costing ult and that was the cheese. You just can't get over the fact that your main can no longer insta gib everyone like you used to.
Nobody used reverb bash as a spammable... it did pathetic damage and had a huge cost. It was a stun + debuff skill which was used every 6 seconds which now lost Major Defile as well. Heroic Slash lost its damage and snare.Edited by techprince on July 9, 2019 10:33PM2 -

For balancing sake- stamblades also only used incap every 6 seconds..

I believe he was referring to Reverberating Bash as a "spammable ability" in the sense that the ability could be freely used and wasn't gated behind ultimate cost. Not a "spammable" like Heroic Slash, Surprise Attack, or Swallow Soul.
