Ultimate Ability UI is broken?

Since the downtime of the servers from last night (4/12), I am unable to see my ultimate ability build up.
I tried to do a full disable of all addons, even tried to repair. no affect.
I noticed if i do a /reloadui, it will show my ability percent and then reset to 0 no matter what I do. Any ideas?

✭✭Ive had it fill and seemingly vanish and then not want to fill again. Fixed by relogging usually.
Its annoying because I dont use my ultimate much but when it bugs, it doesnt matter if it was full or not, I cant use it.0
