Bank Bug

Anyone hit by this Bank Bug just write the amount you lost only. No other comment. So that all players hit by this bug are congregated here.

    Yeah, a lot of people have been hit hard by it. A lot of people are hopping mad. Stick around, read some of their comments. Seeing how furious everyone else is actually made me feel a little better about it (though seeing the lack of any real response from ZOE made me feel worse).

    Lost 40 bags and over 11k gold. Also, it was full of crafting materials, and I'll be much angrier if I lost 40 slots worth of those than if it's just overfull right now. Immediately quit and started searching here, so not really sure. Any known fix other than slowly rebuilding my collection?

    Zenimax doesn't even care. They told my friend that he cannot get his gold back and his items are gone and not to upgrade his bank anymore.

    If it happens to you, you lose all of your in game progress and you will never get it back.

    Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team. We are currently investigating a fix for the issue regarding bank space. We are confident at this time that no slots and no items have been lost, and that we will be able to return your belongings to you in a future patch.

    We recommend that players not purchase additional bank spaces, as they may be lost when this is fixed in an upcoming patch. If you are out of room and need to purchase more bank slots, please contact customer support once this issue is resolved, and we will be happy to assist you.
