Endless Hail is bugged on PTS

I have run a number of tests, and when you are using Hail in a rotation with the VMA bow, it is appears to not be counting the last two seconds. with the action duration timer addon on, it shows the skill counting down to 2 seconds remaining, and then jumping straight to 0

    dont test it via addon

    better use CMX and check how many hits hail i slanding on the dummy should end up with 13hits I thin, so if oyu only have 11 then its bugged ;)

    Cmx shows 10 hits, so definitely bugged.

    10 hits sond more like 9s duration, if I recall the ticking behaviour of hail coprrectly, so it seems to be stuck at rank 1 tooltip.

    Yep, that seems to be the bug. The loss of the extra seconds is breaking the ability to test the change in dps from live though.

    well mathematically barrage should be stronger anyways, if you can sustain it...but tests will proof or disproof that

    Wonder if Barrage will indeed be stronger. Yes, 20% damage per tick is slightly stronger than adding two ticks from 11 to 13 (which is around 18% damage increase), but then there's also a factor of better duty cycle (it was 2 seconds windup, 10 seconds of hail, now rotation will be longer, 2 seconds windup, 12 hail) and the fact that vMA bonus gains two more trailing, most damaging ticks. So just might be that Hail will still be stronger. But yes, can't possibly test now.
