I feel this is going to be a game changer for a lot of stamina playstyles. Now any stamina build can have an area effect CC without requiring the use of weapon or class specific CC skills. The downside is that Nightblades have lost a unique class identifying skill in with Mass Hysteria's fear on demand. I'm hoping that all the homogenization of abilities and skills isn't going to go too far to where almost all the uniqueness of classes are gone.

Maybe of they homogenize ot ebough they'll just remove all classes and let us build our own and rather than drop broken classes they can just add a few new skills every patch and a quest to get them or sell instant unlocks of that skill in crown store. That way if one single skill overperforms they nerf just that instead of murder an entire class

The skill (on live) is 7987 stamina. How much more do you want it to cost?

Also nightblade runes are invisible to enemy. Is this rune is visible?
It's actually better than Mass Hysteria since it passively buffs your weapon damage, gives you minor protection and minor entrance. I'm going to use it on my stamblade it's so good. Kind of makes you wonder why anyone would choose Mass Hysteria over it
