I know for sure being a community manager aint easy at all - you know, being spammed with questions and hate while they gotta put on a smile, but I like this side of Gina if this is real hahaha! Big ups to you Gina.

The community team and some of the devs are in a few community made ones to keep an eye on issues with the game and communicate with the community.

And yes, massive respect for Gina as she has to deal with a lot of stuff she shouldn't and puts in some crazy extra hours for the benefit of the community.

Contrary to popular believe the ZOS team puts in a lot of effort and love to give us the game.

While I would not raise a smelly fish to her (maybe one perfectly cooked), I do concur. She does a fabulous job.

I would say we should not discount those that are not as much on the forefront as well. For one, Jessica does a lot more in the background.

I think she gets a lot of sh*t sometimes that she doesn't deserve, she publishes patch notes but she's not the one making changes and people need to lay off her in that regard. I'm still waiting for the improved communication but I'm guessing she's probably limited as to what she can say.

I think she's doing the best she can in an incredibly difficult job. She took time out of her weekend with her family to post patch notes, she needs a real vacation.

My god if I was in her position I would have went on a banning spree and got nasty with some of these forum goers about 4 years ago.

I've seen exactly that happen in other games... I don't think you can get under Gina's skin and she's been the one constant that positive in ESO.

Although I've never had occasion to submit a ticket with ESO, I have PM'd Gina a couple of times with queries and both times she got back to me straightaway with a clear resolution. She's great, as are all the team in my view.

She's not an EMT. I did thank the ambos that took me on a one hour trip to hospital after a bizarre window/couch/achilles tendon mishap. They are public servants that don't get paid anywhere near what they should; to put up with what gets thrown at them at 2AM.

If she's really good, she would have been head hunted by other companies.
If she has been, then ZOS have kept her on board somehow.

Really, she doesn't need my thanks. She would run screaming from here ages ago if she needed the adoration of the plebs.

Wasn't Gina calling *** on the leaked patch notes and talking about the legal team. Then released the actual patch notes and are they not very similar? The patch notes a FULL of some very heavy nerfs.

I have messaged Gina on here for some clarity on something recently and I wanted to make sure she knew how much I personally appreciated the work she has done.

It is not easy being the face to a community from the developer side when you have little to no impact on what the actual changes are. But she is ultimately the one who takes the brunt of our questions and the brunt of the heat. She takes it in stride and seemingly lets nothing faze her. And obviously her post from November of last year where she thought there was a road map laid out for her communication direction has not come to fruition, I have been vocal about that, but in the end she is not her own boss and has no bearing on when something like that will be able to be rolled out. She does the job to the best of her ability with the resources she is given and bravo to her for that.
