Just take a look at any of their social media profiles- Tori, Finn, Gina, Rich, I could go on. Rich will regularly hang out in Twitch streams and even run content in his free time with community members. Finn was one of the people you could hear cheering on the BE3 stream, because he loves the game. If there is a problem, it is because there are limitations that are out of their control- resources, money, etc. It is NOT because the dev team doesn't put in enough effort or care. -

I think she's doing the best she can in an incredibly difficult job. She took time out of her weekend with her family to post patch notes, she needs a real vacation.

- people giving advice with counters that are not viable

So while I might feel there are more important things than ability audits (such as server stability), but it looks like they have a plan and hopefully they stick with it. My only concern besides for a few changes, is the risk of homogenization. -

the gameplay of TERA is better than TESO, each class feels unique, here it does not matter all classes feel the same.

Yup the patch notes were the same as the leaked ones. Personally, I think Gina's so snarky compared to other games' community managers. She's so annoying I don't even watch their Twitch streams anymore. There's also typos in their patch notes. I like Jessica much more they seemed more friendly and less of a memer. Overall ZOS as a whole always says they will communicate better with players and listen to their community but look how it's turned out with them not listening to class reps and just throwing info at us instead of coming in to at least some of the complaining forum threads. -

I have been playing for 4+ years, but only joined the forums some months ago. Gotta say, i'm impressed by the lack of presence from the community manager. As far as I can tell, Gina posts patch notes on behalf of the company, sometimes says "hi, we're on it", and that's it. I've seen countless company forums where the community manager, well... Manages the community.
I have no doubt she has work to do and whatnot, but in keeping line with her title, shouldn't she have more visibility here ?Bosmers sneaking past all the dangers in the woods. Come upon a cultist doing a ritual? Sneak past. Come upon a brigand ambush? Sneak past. Come upon a mighty beast? Sneak past. The feeling of “yesssss” when you can squeeze by in tight spaces unnoticed. Sometimes I’m able to take what I need from right under their noses. -
