After 14 days waiting to get support to fix my issue, they finally have. I am playing the game. and it is very different, still getting use to controls. I am very pleased with what I see so far. I have retain my faith that support would help, and thank you again to getting me in the game.

yeah I was close to making a bad choice, support finally figured out the issue and helped me the way they should. was not happy that it was 14 days but now I am playing, and that's a good thing.1
