Jewelry Crafting Master Writ Improvements
In this update, new Jewelry Crafting Master Writs received from daily Jewelry writs will most commonly request a superior piece of jewelry, with a rare chance of epic, and a very rare chance of legendary. The number of writs awarded from newly received epic and legendary Jewelry Crafting Master Writs has been significantly increased. This change is not retroactive.
Is it safe to assume that if you were holding legendary Master Jewelry crafting writs in the hopes that one day they might be made worthy of investment you’ve officially wasted your time?
It would seem with this change that your likely to waste mats on old legendary Master Jewelry writs that pay less than the newer legendary Master Jewelry writs? This would essentially make them worthless?

They were mostly worthless already with only the absolute best ones worth saving, but I'll be deleting those soon anyway. Still no clue how rewarding these new ones will be. It will be a little bit face-palmy if they get it wrong again the third time. I'm hopefully optimistic.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭I was upset at first, then I remembered it will make a LOT of free space in my personal guild bank if I just withdrew them all, marked them as junk, and said bye-bye. So there's that upside...to throwing away a top tier reward from writs, that was never made viable due to cost and the way ZOS implemented the jewelry crafting line since Summerset

✭I just deleted a ton of 350+ voucher legendardy and 90+ voucher epic writs. I just marked them as junk, went into my junk category in inventory and hit x to destroy them all at once

I like to point out something I said earlier in Crafting discussions on the writs. With increasing the amount of vouchers, the problem will not be solved, because if writs got worthy in relation to the current prices, there will be an increased demand in mats, thus increased prices. SoLooney✭✭✭✭✭They were never worth keeping anyways, the cost to do the 100 plus epics and 400plus legendaries are still way too costly. I am glad they are buffing how many vouchers they will give, hoping at least double for epics and like 1.5x to 2x for legendaries2
