So when is Ravager, Fury, and Seventh Legion going to get the hammer?

Yea, yes I did. Ravager is basically useless now and it was only being used by some stamplars. The fury nerf ain't too bad but it limits which classes can reliable use these sets now.
I would argue that ravager has even more usefulness now, it's awesome on stamplar because of potl minor fracture, awesome on wardens for scorch, awesome in stamdks that use breath.
I would also argue that 7th received a buff. It is more reliable to utilize now and is actually more stat dense than it was before.
