✭✭✭✭✭frag didn´t get buffed. the base ability got nerfed and frags got upped to compensate for the nerf to stay at the same level it was before.
molten whip is getting reduced bc it was (occasionally) slotted purely for the spd gained instead of the ability being used.<Noricum>

✭That Whip damage can get pretty cray-cray in PvP, especially against Vampires. There have been many occasions where I've seen it out-burst ultimates, by a significant degree at times, which is a bit of a problem.0 -
