The statement leading to the question is very unspecific. Real time map? That seems a little absurd without context.. It sounds like OP wants to be able to see where everyone is on across all zones or wants to play the game on their phone.
Also, trading would likely be to complicated with the number of characters we have, inability to even access all inventory and the guild trading system. We are not setup like Neverwinter, which is a good thing in many ways.
So in the end it would be such a poor idea for Zos to work on building such a thing. In case the idea is for someone else to be able to make such a thing, it is also a bad idea for Zos to give server access to phone apps.,
Oh, and performance, Zos is reducing interactions with addons to improve performance. This idea runs counter to that.
