Clothier writ bag is bugged

Its happened to me twice now. Ive done my clothier writ and recieved a "shipment of cloth vi" when I open the shipment it just disappears. I get no cloth, nothing.

✭✭✭✭✭No, it's a bug. It happened to me when I was I think at Clothing VI, but only for Light Armor (shipment of cloth)-- it was okay for Medium Armor. I was at Clothing VI for the longest time because my character uses Heavy Armor, but finally I increased my skill to Clothing VII just because I was so damn tired of my Shipment of Cloth vanishing when I opened it-- or best case scenario was that it might have a little bit in it.

✭Yup and it is only for vi. I just got it on my second character I'm levelling through professions. My first one was fine when I got her to vii and I assume this second one will be too. I'll report back on it if she isn't.
But so far the issue appears to be solely with Shipment of Cloth VI amd VI only.1 -
