Writ rewards (shipment of cloth) missing higher tier materials

Today I got Shipment of Cloth VI containing only 5 Flax, nothing else. A few days ago I got a shipment containing only 5 Jute, nothing else.
I'm not sure whether this is specific to tier VI clothing writs (Kresh Fiber / Topgrain Hide).

- Instead of only receiving material from a lower tier than your crafting passive rank, you will now receive a distribution of materials with the majority of the materials being for your current material tier based on passive rank.
- You will also receive a small amount of material for your next tier to allow you to stockpile a bit in advance so when you rank up, you will have the materials you need to keep going.
- You will still receive a small amount of materials randomly chosen from a previous tier in order to support making equipment for lower level characters.

Yesterday I got Shipment of Cloth VI containing 15 Kresh Fiber + 5 Ebonthread.
Today I got a shipment containing 15 Kresh Fiber + 5 Jute.
So it appears current-tier materials were added, but higher-tier (Ironthread, iirc) is still missing.

Today after maintenance I finished clothing writ quest that I grabbed yesterday and forgot to turn it in. Received empty Shipment of Cloth VI -- when used it just disappeared, no mats inside.
Then I grabbed new clothing writ quest, turned it in and received Shipment of Cloth VI containing 5 Jute.
Now I'm pretty sure this issue is specific to clothing writ rank 6 with kresh fiber. Blacksmithing and woodworking, and even clothing when it's topgrain hide, always give the 3 stacks of mats.

This (empty clothing shipments) has been happening to me A LOT-- it's almost a daily thing. I hadn't noticed (paid attention to) the levels of the mats that do show up, but I'll start monitoring this. And since it's happening nearly every day for me, I'll start recording videos of when I'm using my clothing shipments. All other types of shipments seem fine, as stated by OP.

✭✭✭✭✭This happened to me again Thursday night (shipment of cloth that just disappeared when I used it; nothing at all was inside of it). I wasn't recording my gameplay at the time, so I have no video proof, but as the OP had mentioned I am also at Clothing Level VI, although my actual character level is somewhere between CP100 and CP120 (I'll have to check). If it makes a difference, this is on the PC EU server.
Since it seems to be happening only for Clothing shipments and possibly only for Clothing VI shipments, my past years of experience with debugging and maintenance programming lead me to suspect some kind of easy-to-overlook error in an IF-THEN structure that specifically pertains to Clothing VI shipments, such as an out-of-place period or something like that.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Yeah, it was still bugged for me for the longest time.
Then last night I got a cloth shipment and it had three types of light clothing mats in it! Yay, I think it might be fixed! We'll just have to see if it still functions correctly the next time I get a clothing shipment.
I know I can always just level up my Clothing skill to VII, since this seems to be limited to level VI, but I don't use medium or light armor and I really need to put my SPs into Jewelry and Enchantment levels first.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Bad news-- I spoke too soon. When I did my daily Clothing writ and went to open my level VI shipment of cloth to see what was in it, it went *poof* and disappeared.
I guess if I want to be sure to get my Clothing shipments, I'll have to hurry up and get several more SPs so I can invest one of them in upgrading my Clothing. I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -

Shipment of Cloth VI container is either empty (disappears when opened) or contains only one stack of materials -- most often 5 pieces of lower tier, rarely 15 Kresh Fiber.
Shipment of Leather VI does not exhibit this issue, at least for me it always contains 3 stacks of leather (5+15+5).
