Fix the Battlegrounds Not Starting Bug NOW

Twice a week, I load into Battlegrounds and I sit there for 10 minutes while nothing happens. Yesterday, I sat there for 45 minutes and was eventually the only one left in the Arena.
I'm so sick of this wasting my time, which I don't have much of (and schedule my free time accordingly TO DO BATTLEGROUNDS).
It's a waste of my EXP scrolls and a waste of my food. I honestly feel like ZOS is obliged to give me real life money or crowns due to how much s*** I've wasted on broken ass Battleground matches.
The most ridiculous thing is that we get the deserter penalty. I get a 20 minute penalty, which is more of a waste of my life, due to YOUR horrific programming.
Get real. It's simply out of control. Don't even release your mediocre Scalecaller DLC because you haven't fixed the base game yet.
How hard is it to take off the deserter penalty for people leaving before the match starts?
Sorry, fuming. I don't make posts when I'm calm because I'm generally apathetic and lazy. But you aren't, so get to it and fix your game. BG sucks because it barely works.
