Red boxes displaying missing

Good morning.
My wife and I are both playing Eso, I don't have any problems other than when I run away from a enemy npc they seem to still hit me and when I aim away from the target my character spins around and hit the previous enemy I was targeting these things don't bother me so much but my wife has random red boxes spawning where a plant should be or a table saying missing. we have upto date graphic drivers and are both running the same gpu but I don't get any red boxes. im lovely the immersion the game gives me atm but my wife simply cant get immerged as one minute she is in lovely countryside then turns a corner and a nasty red box is there saying missing.
Have done repair on the game and all drivers are upto date. I can only presume this is a server side bug. a little advice please the more immerged my wife is the more I can play

Same issue here, my wife sees red boxes, where my pc shows nothing special, just plants or wall.0 -
I have also had that issue when i went to get a rune. I think it's a glitch in the game..
