I am a completionist that used to pick up every single unmarked quest I came across, leading to an always full quest log and alot of story confusion. Now I just mark quest starters with a colorful custom icon that shows my description when I mouse over it. When I'm ready I can just come back to it later. Also useful for marking a path to hard-to-get-to places on the map
