How should ZOS compensate its second-rate PC-EU customers for the ongoing problems?

    Last time I checked, as part of the terms of service for the for ESO+, if the game is down for 3 days(72 hours) then you will be entitled to some sort of compensation but other than that I don't think you'll have much luck getting anything from Zos.

    Yes I believe the low level of service would need to be compensated. The state of the game cannot be accepted as full up time rather a game with a lot of down time with the lag and load screens.

    I dont need compensations unlike the OP im not that poor...or desperate (crown refreshing drinks? really bro?) I want these issue to STOP repeating every single time...
