How should ZOS compensate its second-rate PC-EU customers for the ongoing problems?

PC-EU has been plagued by various problems for a long while now, so I'd say we are due for a little compensation. What would be reasonably to ask though? I don't want to come off as too greedy, being a second-rate customer after all... so I'd like some input from my fellow second-rate customers. :smile:

I'd say 20 Telvar stones would be sufficient? Perhaps a stack of 10 Imp Stool? If they're feeling generous.. 3 Crown Refreshing Drinks would be AWESOME.

What do you all think would be reasonable for a second-rate customer to ask for compensation?

    You will be gifted with the opportunity to buy Crown Crates and a PvP experience where chances of skills working is 50/50. If you have ESO+ they will throw in LA disappearing in trials free of charge.

    Compensation? It would be most welcome if there were an honest post from the highest ups in the company explaining the actual issue (no sugar coating it), why it's so hard to solve and ask for forgiveness for past mistakes while they try their hardest to solve what is apparently one of the hardest problems in the history of the interwebs and gaming combined.

    With actual information, customers can make an informed decision about whether to continue forward with a game that is plagued with problems which are, for some reason, more problematic when you are in certain areas of the globe.

    They will compensate it easy:

    1) you will get a loot of few crates - which, sadly will contain potions and poisons
    2) you will get next week free of maintenance (so you could swiftly forget this one)
    3) you will get shiny new broken content soon (for a good money ofc)
    4) crown discount?
    5) 3409687 new motifs and several 15k houses
    6) meanwhile you will forget all this *** and do a resub
    7) cry on next "patch fix" again

    10 Beets sounds great! The Damaging Poisons will just go to waste in the lag anyway.

    FREE CRAFTING (NA PC) SIDENOTE: Hel'phaer is a Grand Master Crafter with almost every motif (excluding Buoyant, Meridian, Coldsnap, Grim Harlequin, Tsaesci, Pellitine, and Elder Argonian because can't afford it) and will craft attractive quality and visually appealing training gear or combat sets for those interested. FREE gear for players below CP 160 (equivalent level of 210), and paid gear in some form from those CP 160 or higher.

    I would say give me 50k at least + achievement for trophy, which is minimum I am losing by now not playing for the past 4 and half hours.
    Magicka sorcerer from start until the end. Always. Through the good times and the bad, even now when its probably saddest PvE dps it has ever been.
    Even as an owner of one radiant apex mounts I am against radiant apex mounts and anything thats not obtainable by direct purchase.

    Entirely ignoring your customers is very, VERY bad business practice. Unless your goal is to reduce their numbers, that is.

    They can log in and do all my dailys, and then refresh them so i get to do them another time the same day. Honestly a fair compensation for my actual loss.

    This. It doesn't cover all the losses from not login in, but al least it would be a nice gesture to keep us from losing daily rewards further ahead.

    I think you misread what I said.

    What I was pointing out was that because this community makes excuses for ZoS, doesn't hold them accountable and hasn't for nearly 5 years now for their issues, and largely continues buying into the addictive gambling system as well as staying as customers, and then attacking others FOR wanting accountability or making jokes at their expense, it's an issue that won't be resolved.

    This community like all name sake communities, is anti criticism in effect.

    There is a thread currently praising ESO for work they did 5 YEARS AGO, as if that's relevant to today.
