understanding similar abilities across unalike skill sets
I have become extremely overwhelmed at the absurdly endless amount of skills that are attainable with the absence of class specific restriction. Are there any add-ons or spreadsheets around which sort skills by categories which imply their primary intended uses? e.g. skills that grant major evasion and a dmg shield. similar items come in so many different skillets im feeling like I'm totally unable to make informed decisions in that regard. My main toons are on ps4, and the lack of information on console drove me to pc for answers. Thanks, I know this was kind of a rant. Any comments are to be appreciated.

as a note: zos has never been very free with numbers. we generally have to do a lot of guesswork to figure out what works how. So, even with the most up-to-date spreadsheets and calculations, it is never quite as good as you might want. There is also an extreme versatility between different players' experiences with various skills. Some players are better at some types of combinations than others. So the build calculators are very much limited, and cannot give people exact answers in many cases. So, please do not attack those who only pass you to the limited information that is verified and available. Thank you.

As previously stated, players have painstakingly done and triple checked these calcs themselves. ZoS only provides limited info. Basically tooltip level info. Be grateful
