✭I would love to take a look at all of this in the game, if I could get in that is. step one to getting players to spend money in the game, let them play it. Right now you're failing at step one for the EU server population.
And yes, the reason people are posting about the server problems here is that no one is responding on the threads that are about the EU server being down. Maybe if one or more of you communicated with us all over there, we wouldn't be posting here.5 -

Because it's nitpicking, they're not mistakes, and it's only ever about horses (okay, also other animals with hooves). Wolves and cats also aren't drawn 100% realistically, but cat nerds and wolf nerds know it's not important.1 -

Actually, the wolves' tail is too low and looks like a ponytail, and the cats (the old thin model, I didn't get the opportunity to inspect the thicker one) are incredibly bony and sometimes clip through themselves because of that. The dogs at least have different models instead of mere reskins, and I dislike mastiffs in general too much to use them (especially short snouted ike these ones STOP BREEDING SICK ANIMALS and buying pedigree ones in general JUST GET A MONGREL FFS ANIMAL SHELTERS ARE FULL OF THEM but I digress) and thus don't see the mistakes as much.
That being said, why does our ''nitpicking'', which is merely pointing put graphics, bother you ? I myself don't go around on posts ''nitpicking'' balance (even though it so often is nitpicking) because I'm able to realize that something that doesn't bother ME may upset someone else, and to each their own.
And finally, do you have some trauma with horses ? horse people ? hooves ? are you in such a need to put people into neat little boxes that you need to categorize and rank people according to what animals they like ? that's sad

Fata1moose✭✭✭✭✭I just want to reiterate how disappointing Jode's Embrace timed exclusivity is when:
1. There's no medium sized house in Elsweyr like Amaya Lake Lodge or Alinor Crest Townhouse
2. We bought Elsweyr, paid for the houses development yet can't purchase the house with in game gold or at any given time.
This timed exclusivity window on houses really needs to end. It's not like certain items where you feel unique for having owned them, you can't walk around the overworld and see what player homes random players have in their collection. Nor is there any challenge associated with buying the house. There's no reason for this, it's just anti-consumer and unacceptable.6 -

I love the quick response and transparency regarding crown store items. It's a shame the same level of customer support and communication isn't available regarding game stability.

I'm pretty sure that letting us know when an article - any article - is being published is a lot easier than responding to bugs or performance issues. Presumably, there's a publishing schedule and she has that info ready at hand. It seems pretty straightforward to me that Gina would be able to easily answer this question as opposed to "when are you gonna fix the servers?"

It's sad, really. I want to pay these people for the continued service, I really do, but they just won't let me because the barrier to entry is so damn high. It's not that I don't have the income, I most certainly do, but I can buy a whole other game (several, in fact) with what they want me to pay for one virtual item that I don't even actually own.
Eh. I know I'm just one in a sea of many, and clearly there are people out there who see 40 dollar outfits as acceptable. Maybe I'm just too damn old for this.8
