I have the same issue from Wednesday. ESO ping is around 300 Ms to 1000 ms. My ping will be usually 100-150 max on normal. Its creating horrible deaths in the middle of nowhere within a second in the middle of vet boss fights and PVP. NBs and wardens are enjoying free kills by queueing up damage.

ZOS_BilladminFor anyone still experiencing latency issues on the PC-NA servers, please let us know the following:
- Which zones do you experience latency in?
- What times of the day are you getting high latency?
- Where are you located?
- What is your ISP?

For me, it got worse after the update - it is very noticeable when fighting dragons. I get loading screens in the middle of combat, I get killed by chomps when the dragon is facing the other way, attack animations don't play. I have little control over my gameplay.0
